Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items that recipient is sure to enjoy. If you or the person receiving your gift are not 100% satisfied, we will have your gift replaced.

Please note that we can process returns and replaces/refunds only for items purchased from expressflores.com.


Refunds

  • In case of cancellation of order by customer, must inform expressflores.com atleast 24 hours before delivery day. (Mexico time) 
  • In case of refund for delivered orders items must be return in original condition, unopened (still in its plastic wrap) gift basket if any.

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 7 days after delivery.


Replaces

Within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from expressflores.com, for a replacement. e.g. In case of flower you must inform us within 36 hours of delivery.

  • Faulty items.
  • Items damaged in transit

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
